Can I move to a different package later?v
Yes. If your incident needs higher urgency or expanded handoff support, you can purchase the higher package.
Where do I go after checkout?v
After payment confirmation, return to ClearHouseHQ and complete incident intake plus required evidence so delivery processing can begin.
What if delivery misses the guarantee window?v
Pilot offer terms include a refund guarantee if the complete attorney-ready package is not delivered within the guaranteed window after required inputs are confirmed complete.

Delivery And SLA

What is included in delivery timing?v
Baseline delivery target is 72 hours after required inputs are submitted. Priority targets 48 hours.
When does the delivery clock start?v
The delivery clock starts after required inputs are complete (incident intake plus required evidence), not at payment time.
What counts as required inputs?v
Required inputs are completed incident intake plus all required evidence uploads confirmed received.

How do I upload evidence?v
Open your incident detail page, use the evidence upload section, and upload the supporting files tied to that incident.
What file types are supported?v
Supported uploads include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, and TXT.
How does court bundle generation work?v
From the incident detail page, choose Generate Court Bundle to compile your incident details and evidence into the current handoff package output.
How do I download a generated bundle?v
After generation completes on the incident detail page, use the bundle download action in the Court Bundle section.
What if I need support outside Illinois?v
Current paid pilot operations are Illinois-first. Contact support@clearhousehq.com so we can confirm current availability before you proceed.
Will ClearHouseHQ file in court for me automatically?v
No. ClearHouseHQ organizes records and produces handoff-ready materials. Filing actions and legal strategy decisions are handled by you and your attorney.

Can I share incident context with an attorney or collaborator?v
Yes. Secure share-link flow supports external collaborator review and updates.
Can tenants see my incident data?v
Not by default. Access is limited to authenticated users in your context and explicitly shared collaborator links where enabled.
Is collaboration state tracked?v
Yes. Request-state transitions are tracked to support handoff continuity.
